MARIBYRNONG, VIC –

Myotherapy Melbourne are seeking a qualified Myotherapist to join our Physiotherapy and Myotherapy Practice in Maribyrnong. We are located within a gym with Physiotherapy services and group fitness classes in operation.

• Permanent contractual agreement
• 8-15 hours per week
• $22,000 – $28,000 per year
• Local suburb location, near public transport & Highpoint Shopping Centre.

The Myotherapist will report to the practice manager and will be responsible for providing private Myotherapy Consultations and relevant duties including:

• Completing initial consultations and assessments
• Providing hands on therapeutic massage & Myotherapy techniques to clientele
• Providing and assisting with management plans of patient injuries and progressions
• General cleaning and room maintenance

The hours for this role will be between 8-15 per week with flexibility in being able to choose your own hours and start/ finish times. The successful candidate will be under a contractual agreement and will also hold their own ABN.

Successful applicants must have:

• A thorough knowledge of anatomy and up to date treatment techniques
• Strong communication skills
• An interest in working within a team
• Current and up to date Australian Qualification in Myotherapy
• Be registered with the Myotherapy Association Australia
• Have up to date and valid insurance
