The Toni Moynihan Award Nomination Information

Closing Date for Nominations: 5pm Wednesday August 31st 2011

The purpose of this award is to recognise a member of the Myotherapy profession for extraordinary service to the profession and the health and wellbeing of the greater community. The nominee must have demonstrated service beyond the norm exemplified by at least 1 of the following.

• Prolonged service distinguished by exceptional performance in a particular area that has provided benefit to the Myotherapy profession.
• Responsibility for and management of an outstanding event that has proven to be of benefit to the Myotherapy profession or community.
• Development of a new system, procedure, or technique that is unique and has made a contribution to the Myotherapy profession.
• Outstanding leadership in the encouragement of others, particularly youth, within the Myotherapy profession.
• Demonstrated creativity in the development and implementation of innovative changes that have made a significant contribution to the
• Myotherapy profession or the health and wellbeing of the community.
• Any other action deemed to be of extraordinary benefit to the Myotherapy profession.
